Why You Cant Cancel Your WA Membership?

Hey guys!

I want to put it straight from the beginning: I won’t cancel my membership, I’ve been here for a couple of months and upgraded to premium three weeks ago and I intend to keep it that way. I’m totally satisfied by the value I’m getting for what I’m paying. This probably shared by all premium members who got a taste for what WA is.

But…

I noticed that you can’t cancel your free or premium membership. While you can let your account stay dormant and stop receiving notifications, and can also stop premium membership, you can’t cancel the account definitively. Your info stay there and you can reactivate your account at any time. I can’t quite understand why you can’t opt out from WA!

I reckon that has something to do with affiliate links, cookies and stuff, since just about everybody around came here through a link.

Still…

That’s a bit strange to say the truth. Even the most shadowy platforms and pure scam websites offer the “option” to opt out and let you go if you want to. Heck, one can opt out from life itself if you know what I mean! For transparency and fair play’s sake there’d be a “button” to get you out from any place, be it our cherished WA.

Let me say this one more time: I LOVE the all-in-oneness (so to speak) of WA! I don’t have to look any further because pretty much everything I need is at my disposal.

That’s my opinion and I’d love to know yours, if you know the exact reasons or any thoughts please share with us in the comment section below.

PS: In an upcoming post, I’d discus the opposite of this, that is to say, how the lack of another common option “button” in WA makes it head and shoulders above all.

I think it is totally unfair and unethical to not have the option to cast out Premium. That means that later in life when you are on your death bed your estate still get charged

There is no answer. Once member always member. This is an issue for the owners.
