Don't forget to exercise

Hello Everyone,

Just sharing with you my realization lately. Constantly in front of the computer writing blogs and improving my website, I have neglected my physical exercises.

I used to be consistent jogging, running or walking in the park on my day off. But now I utilize my days off writing blogs. Not that I'm complaining. Neither blaming WA, LOL.

It's all down to my time management.

Undeniably challenging, because I still have my permanent job. But constantly in front of the computer can be a sedentary lifestyle which can predispose anyone to health risks if not careful.

If you are full-time in this business, it may not be that hard to exercises in between writing blogs. At least that's what I think.

Anyway, it's just an idea which I think I should tell myself and share with you.

So, don't forget to exercise, because, at the end of the day, health is wealth.

Health is wealth for sure, but we need to MOVE to keep healthy. As they say, if you don't use it, you lose it. So keep moving, find the time.

A bridge worth crossing, Israel, we get stuck in and then forget to come up for air. Working is one thing building a balanced work life is something we should strive for.

"Health is wealth" couldn't be further from the truth friend. What's the point if a person is a millionaire and don't take care of their health? There is no joy in that. People have to find the time to stay in shape. All the best!

Israel, it is best at least for me to do exercise first thing in the morning

It starts the day just right
While writing I tend to break into even times to get away from my writing and researching and also to get some calories in as much as I can

Exercise is very important and we can get the negative effects if we are sitting all day long without exercises
