My wa journey
Hello good friends,
It has been 4 months since I joined the WA family in December 2019 as a starter member.
Today I felt it good to come out of my cave and post something about my experience as a WA student.
My journey has been very amazing,I have learnt a lot in a space of of a few months ,4 months,from Website Creation,Plugins installation, Social Media content sharing etc ,the list is endless.
I do not remember well how I came to discover WA but it looks like it was from the Quora platform if I am not mistaken,but I would like to express my gratitude to that person who made me join WA that was the best decision I ever made.
THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COIN
While I am full of praises to WA and Kyle&Carson but good people, I want you to put on my shoes.My journey isn't rosy at all,it has a lot of pitfalls and discouragements .
One of the biggest issues facing me right now is my website "worldwidevacations. siterubix.com " never mind that it is still a siterubix.com because this is a deliberate ploy I made ,I will move it to my own domain once I feel confident I am perfect with my skillset.
The problem with my website is about views and clicks,I can guarantee you people this website has been around for 4 months ,since December 2019 but it has zero views and zero clicks nor is it ranked or indexed by Google.
I tried my best creating Webmaster Tools,Google Analytics and XML Site maps but nothing changes.
I feel down and discouraged right now and I am asking you fellow family members to help me.
Spare a few minutes of your time and take a look at my site,analyse it, evaluate it and educate me how I need to improve it to get the much needed views and clicks.

Lastly I would like to emphasise that I am not happy with the background of my website, it is dull and faint,please help me on what I need to do to make it look brighter and captivating ,a website must look impressive to grab the attention of the viewer and my site does exactly the opposite of this. My site takes long to upload on the mobile,
I am struggling with uploading videos, images and audio clips ,please help me.
I am struggling with runing effective twitter and pinterest content campaigns please share some knowledge if you can on how to effectively market myself on this social platforms.
I know where I want to be but I am struggling with the way how to get there.

According to my experience don't hurry about clicks and rank on your site, first, change your domain and try to rank and publish more posts, at least 3 per week, I think, all the issues will vanish.
Get your training not only WA and also some important tips from youtube too.and some blogs.
don't hurry, wait a little time, you will reach your target.

Hey Innocent! At 4 months, you’re still very new, however, you’re site could be indexed by now.
Two posts means you didn’t complete the Online Entrepreneur Certification. Maybe you watched the videos or skimmed the content, but the most important part is application.
Diane gave you good advice about your publishing schedule. Your effort doesn’t sound commensurate with your expected result.
Aside from publishing schedule, another problem you might have is maybe you input “http” instead of “https” as the property in the google tools—that could also give you the wrong data.
All in all, keep working on it. You’ve only been at it for 12 weeks. Businesses don’t usually take off that fast especially considering how much you’ve published so far. Put in more effort over a longer duration of time (2-3 posts per week for at least 1 year).
Hi - having looked at your site, it only appears to have 2 very short posts on it, both added in January and nothing since. If you have actually completed every level of training, then you don't appear to have understood it and need to start again.
Until your site is indexed it is not visible on the internet, so you cannot get any visitors.
The most important aspect of a website is adding helpful information on a regular basis. You need to be adding new posts 2 or 3 times per week, every week, of a minimum of 1000 words each. This is the only way you can get ranked.

Hey Innocent, I hope you are still on the platform, I think there are other issues besides the content, training and all.
The mindset is key to everything you do because you can have all the training in the world and all the planning you can get and all the advice you can be offered but still not hit the expected goals.
I hope I do not come as condescending at all. But mindset can be the most difficult thing to deal with yet it is very simple. I think I could help with that.
I am also a South African and would like to touch base with you so I can take you through some mindset alignment. you see for most "employees" transitioning into owning a business needs a lot more than starting a business that's where mindset realignment comes in.
because you need to first shift your belief system from an employee into an entrepreneur and for some that happen automatically due to their determined focus but for some, it needs a little bit more stimulus to work faster and efficiently. That's where I think peer mentoring would be of assistance, I hope you connect.
