Hi - well, if Kyle has contacted him, then clearly he is a member, but you can search for yourself, he is not under that name. Use the grey search bar at the top of the screen.

Once you have found his account, you can look at his profile page, and whoever has sent his first welcome message is usually the person he signed up under.

OK I heard you but I still seek to understand what you mean when you say whoever sent him the first welcome message is usually the person he signed under?I mean my role to invite a referral into WA how important is it to me?and secondly how sophisticated is the platform when it comes to tracking who joined under my invitation and how instant will the platform add my recruitment into my stats am a bit dismayed

Have you set up your welcome messages for any new referrals you get? That way, when somebody first joins, they get a personal message from you.

If you look at someone's profile page, the first welcome message they get is from the person they signed up under, the person whose link they clicked.

For example, on your own page, your first message is from Jerry, so you must have clicked on one of his links to join WA. If a person's first message is from Kyle, that usually means that they found WA through a Google search, they didn't click on anybody's link.

There isn't usually a problem with the tracking system. If your friend/brother clicked on your link, and then joined straight away, he should be listed as your referral. However, if he actually did a Google search for WA, and then joined directly, then he won't be your referral, even though you sent him the link.

Have you actually managed to find his account?

I didn't find his account but I am the one who registered him using my wealthyaffiliate main link ,what I did was to copy and paste this link into my promo campaign hoping that anyone joining through clicking it will be my referral,I can't understand where I am getting it wrong

Did you click on your own link to register him? You didn't send it to him, and he created his own account? Is he registered with his own genuine email address?

Ask him to log in to his account and follow you. That way he will be added to your network, and you will be able to see his profile.

I don't know what the problem could be. If you can find his account you could send the details to Kyle, with information on your promotion, and perhaps he could transfer him to your referrals.

As I said, ask him to log in and add you to his network, so you can actually see his profile page.

I did that my concern is about others who might click my main link and end up being welcomed by Kyle ,how can we fix this because in my promo campaign I am honestly using the affiliate main link.I am promoting WA to make money through commission of those who ends up upgrading to premium so where will I get the motivation and trust to keep on spending money promoting if those who clicks the main affiliate link ends up communicating with someone and not visible in my referral stats?
I am doing my best ,I spent 2months out of WA my account disabled because I had no money,now I came back with an idea to promote WA as a way to try generating an income but if people will sign up through my link and I don't see those people,how can we workout this,we need to sort out this ,can't someone go to the root of this problem and help sorting it out,the whole Sunday has been spent talking about the same issue ,where and what must I do to make sure whoever clicks my main affiliate link becomes my referral and I get commission for my effort if they upgrade?

As I said, find his account, send the details to Kyle with information on how he registered. He may be able to transfer the referral over and explain what the problem is.
