Time off!
Time off!
In school, during classes, we normally have 10 minutes off after every 50 minutes lectures. Everyone is expected to talk a brief work. Some go for a cup of coffee, and some for a brief talk. This is to reduce the work rate on the body and the brain.
One common knowledge about the human body is that it could work more than a machine, with its natural buildup system and energy, but it is not man-made machine! We are not robots you know, built to work mechanically without breaking down; though I think robots do too!
There are times when our bodies reach breaking point because of so much pressure during work. The most important thing to give it is not food nor fuel, but rest! doing various kinds of works and really making fortunes can be so enticing and tempting. We want to do more because we are seeing the cash! Earning huge income could be an incentive but when nature calls, it is good to obey! health is wealth. When you count billions in your bank account from the sick bed it could be frustrating and annoying. Every parts of our bodies are involved during work and when one part gets bad, then others are affected too.
Take a break, take a time off! even in writers' block, the most helping therapy is time off. It cools the nerves and rehabilitate the body for better performance.
Time off, when that body aches. This therapy works for success in business too! it is never a waste of time!

Hi Linus!
Well-spoken and I can´t agree more with you on this point! Just have a look at professional athletes and their training regime. Rest is the main thing if you are professional and serious about your business.
Look at the astronauts, the latest the two, who traveled to ISS yesterday. One of the most important things on their schedule was rest before they lifted off and while en route to the space station. During the press conference after reaching ISS, the question was asked about rest and sleep during the trip.
In my profession as a pilot rest is of the essence in order to make mistakes, which could lead to catastrophic results.
Rest is the recipe for success
Wow, thanks for your contribution Roy. You were a pilot, what a work! I admire you! I don't think i can have courage to do that! It is a great work to do, because you will have souls at hand on every trip! Rest is really important here.
Thanks Roy for stopping by. You are retired now?
Thanks Linus. I am still active, but at the moment working in acquisition of new aircraft (helicopters).

You are absolutely correct, without health what good is money, if you can't help yourself how can you possibly help anyone else.
Exactly! That’s what we have to have in mind - Health is wealth
