Turning failure into success

I am sure i am not alone in the constant mind battle of dealing with disappointments and what what the world views as failure.

I am however trying to create a new mindset that views these 'diversions' as part of the journey and necessary in order to grow and develop as a person.

So in keeping with Winston Churchill's view - lets try viewing it from this angle. “Success is going from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm.”
