is WA cost effective
Is Wealthy Affiliate as good as you all say it is?
So I got wondering the other day about the expense that is involved with Wealthy Affiliate .
I decided that it warranted some decent research, particularly as i have just retired to full time caring for my mother.
Here is what I discovered after 10mins of looking. Please note this is comprehensive list
My costs ResearchJaxxxy Pro 49 a month x12 588
Enterprise 99 @ month x12 1188
So then i still continued to WordPress
$4 - 45 @ month x 12 = 48 to 540 a year
Then I looked a domain builder and found domain.com
15.73@monthx12 = 188
Grammarly 139 a year
Now I am not that clever, so i only did research on what I can find WA provides,
Compared to Wealth Affiliate
Total cost of what I found looking to do this on my own 2643
My cost with WA 679.00 a year Premium Plus
Costing is done in USD
Now I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, and I know that many of you here could run rings around my knowledge.
I don't understand about web hosting, site crawlers plugins etc
Further I can cost the Training you receive here, nor can I cost the support you receive here as the training is in house with Kyle, and the support comes from anywhere around the globe.
But I can assure you that none of these other sites I found will train you and support you like wealthy affiliate does
Being HonestI don't know everything there is to know, but I do know value when I see it. I spent 2 years looking for someone to help me learn to affiliate marketing. Before I found WA I got to 1500 roughly as I couldn't get the right info out of them
Then I stumbled onto Wealth Affiliate, tried the starter level and withing 2 hours I was hooked. I finished the start lessons in 2 days.
Value of Wealthy AffiliatePersonally I think it speaks for itself, I can't find a better platform with everything you need, working somehow like its magic. Honestly I think Kyle and Carson must be the true wizards of Oz (LOL). Dorthy didn't find them
I have been trying to write a review on Wealth Affiliate for almost 6 weeks, nothing was coming together.
I think I have written my review now, granted it needs some polish and advice from you all but here it is in a draft
Happy for comments thoughts suggestions and advice.
Have a great day everybody

Even with the membership going up I agree with you. I wish however they provided a little more training guided towards people like me that is basically computer/technology illiterate.
I know this would come with extra cost and could prove to be difficult for Kyle and Carson. So even if they had a training course that acted as a subclass to take to understand the steps for dummies like me lol. I can of course follow the steps and make it work but I like to understand the ins and outs of the steps and why and how it works.

the thing with training is to take your time. Your not required to have it completed by set date. Also go back over it. Then ask the site as much as you need to.
You are so right, Ian! At the $499/year that I pay, the cost for everything equates to a small cup of coffee a day. Best deal ever!

Ian, thank you for your blog
I've had a friend left WA and went to one of those popular hosting for bloggers.
The friend was ecstatic at first and thought that it was a fantastic deal because it was so much cheaper than what it was at WA.
Six months later, it was proven that it wasn't. A lot of stuff happened including malware in the site that cost extra .
In the end the cost for just hosting became twice of that what WA charged for premium plus.
You don't have to be a genius to figure out that WA gives the best deal
