I'm in the process of choosing an address for my new site which is going to make me millions ;)
Unfortunately I stuck at the first hurdle so could do with a little advice
I would leave the dashes out. They can confuse your visitors because people forget to use them, and you could potentially then be sending your traffic to another site. :)
Hi, I wouldn't recommend using dashes in your web address. If you can find the domain you want without using them, it is better all round.
Dashes in my url - to use or not to use?

Use the radio test. If someone hears your domain name just once on the radio would they be able to find you on the internet? Go for the name without the dashes.

I know this question has been asked before but thought it might be good to get a fresh perspective on it.

I would go with your niche first, once you been over the training picking up the affiliate boot camp would be relatively easy which takes you down the wealth niche.
As you know wealth is one of the big three, very competitive, no easy money there, however if you have a passion for it you will do well especially if you have a strong network.
Have fun and success, cheers!
Thanks for your advice Gerald. I guess the only thing I'm worried about here is making sure my chosen niche is strong enough.
Thanks again :)
