Time For Round 2!
Hi everyone!
So I've been at WA for just over 4 months and I think it's time for an update!
I just finished the niche training lessons here last week. I took my time with them because I really wanted to make sure I did EVERYTHING and also didn't want to burn myself out.
My first website is in the console video games niches. I've got 13 pages, 26 posts and 80 comments. I still haven't had any sales so I've been a little bit frustrated, but I'm starting to think that I just picked a really hard niche and that it's not anything that I've done wrong. Most of the feedback on the look of my site has been really good. I chose video games because I know how important it is to choose something that you're going to enjoy writing about, but I didn't realize how crazy the competition was until I started looking into other niches. If anyone's thinking of going into the video gaming niche, I'd recommend starting with something easier for your first site.
I've decided to start a second site and try promoting WA instead. I just started Bootcamp and I feel more confident know having learned everything I did from the niche training. I just bought a new domain name and I'm super excited to start working on it and show it to the world.
Thanks to everyone who's helped me along the way. I've definitely had my share of low points, but I'm still feeling like I'm on the right path.

Sounds like you did a tremendous amount of work on your gaming site. I would keep adding content and maybe look into this training I came across yesterday Topic it might help with some ranking.
Thanks... I think my issue with that site is it's not even getting rankings. I haven't had any of my posts on the first page of search rankings when I do a search for the keywords.

You have the motivation. Congrats! That's the point I try to bring across at times. When you are doing something and you have tried and there is no progress simply try something else instead of giving up. I respect you for your patience too. Success is near, keep going!

Sounds good. I am having the same problem with first site. I chose the computer software niche still working on it and I started the WA boot camp also.Taking my time with it so I don't miss anything.
That's great! I just finished the Certification Courses and am starting the Bootcamp. I made a bit of money with mine through Adsense but not a whole lot. I know that promoting WA is going to be tough because there's so much competition but since WA is such an amazing product, I'm sure it won't be hard to get people to sign up.

I thought it would be hard too, but there are so many different sub-niches that you can promote to because pretty much everyone wants to make extra money. Plus the conversion rate and commission percentages are really great here!
