By promoting WA, can I also put ads from my site, like Adsense, ebay products, or any affiliate ads? I appreciate very much any suggestions coming from you. Thanks a lot.
It's your site...you can promote whatever you want to!! Of course it would be smart to have products associated with your blog/niche content.
Yes anything WITHIN your niche, because it shows professionalism, and focus - not trying to sell anything just for its sake.
Eddie Tony is right you can promote anything. But I would try to keep it within your niche.

Yes, you can go ahead and publish them. You can also go back and add to them or polish them any time. You just edit and save again or publish again. You want to get in the habit of writing content and publishing each time. That will be covered in the lessons.

You can use either. The free Siterubix websites are a good training ground. But having your own .com website looks more professional to your audience. However you can start on a siterubix site and transfer the content over to your own .com whenever you are ready.
