First off:- it is necessary to read other articles, watch YouTube videos etc for research purposes. Obviously, do not copy a single line of their words or Google will definitely know.
You can take a 3/4 points from their article and go elsewhere to do the same - THESE POINTS MUST BE IN YOUR OWN WORDS.
However, Keywords are everywhere and the best place to start to ask yourself is this:-
What are your interests? Make a list and let me know and we can talk further on it and then I can show you how to find good keywords for your content.
But first, you interests.
Only then can you learn to find excellent and unique content that is yours and alike you.
do you mean copying and pasting from another site? If so they are not going to get ranked as Google will pick the original over the copy. There is also the so called duplicate content penalty that will come into play. Quite honestly it should be avoided
