I wanted to see if everyone that makes at least $1,000 per month could respond to this post.
I plan on viewing your profiles to get your website link, so that I can go check out your websites.
I want to see if I can pick up any tips from how your websites are built, how your content reads, how your affiliate links look, etc.
I was thinking this would be a good post for any of us newbies to refer to, because I am sure others have wanted to see some websites that are actually bringing in the bucks as well.
You don't have to say exactly how much you are making per month, but I only want you to post if you are bringing in at least $1,000 per month.

As I said in another thread, I'd suggest WA do a survey to all members to gauge how realistically we can replace 9/5 jobs and on average how long. That will help members set right expectations. This way we get the info but keep the info private for individuals who respond.
Not a bad idea. It may not happen, however, so until it does we need to work off information that is available to us. My thoughts on this topic are like this:
Kyle has been open about it taking him 3-4 months to make his first dime. He says he made a decent amount at about 6 months. After a year or so, he was making enough to go on his own. Others have talked about a year or two (see a few posts I mentioned in my comment below).
Of course, Kyle was a young guy when he started and probably didn't have all that much income to replace. If you are trying to replace $100,000, it's going to take significantly longer than someone who needs to replace only $25,000, obviously.
Then there are the factors of individual pace, so an answer would have to give "guidelines" as to required activity on a weekly basis to make any sense. Plus, the varying knowledge of websites, internet marketing, marketing in general, and other technical stuff will have some bearing on the time.
All these factors make it very hard to give one answer that will be applicable to everyone.
So, certainly we need to assume that this is at least a one- to two-year journey. Hopefully, along the way, we start seeing the fruit of our labors and begin to see the curve that will bring us to our individual goal.
To be honest, I've seen people ask numerous times if people make money with this business. They have asked the question in numerous ways, with different words. Most of the time, there is not a lot of response.
There is nothing wrong with what you want to do, in fact it's a good idea, however, when you ask for specific amounts of money, people tend to hush up. I really can't blame them. How much they make is rather personal.

Thanks for posting this information. It goes to show that if you put in the time and dedication it will happen. I can understand people not coming forward to how much they make but this proves there are some that are making this kind of money.
You are very welcome. Everyone wants to see this type of info, many just to know it can work. I know there are many others, just haven't necessarily seen a specific post about it.
