Have I gone out of my comfortzone to grow?
What is my stats telling me?
What will I keep doing that have worked well so far?
What will I stop doing?
Etc.
My intention with this post is merely to make you reflect on the year that has passed while you wind down for this festive season.

An annual time of reflection is always good. I usually do that closer to New Year's or the first few days of the new year, but I do try to do that always! Merry Christmas!
I also like reflecting on the past year at WA. If I take time for this, then the planning I like to do next week is easier.
