How to start Affiliate Marketing the Easy Way in 2023

If you are new to Affiliatemarketing you may have heard that it is so easy to earn money online with Affiliate marketing, right?

I was told it was supereasy, but I soon found out ,after flopping with creating an online course that was supposed to give me tons of revenue online, that Affiliate marketing is a skill that has to be learned.

When you are new you must prepare yourself to go through a long term process to become a serious Affiliate marketer.

So what is the easiest way to start affiliate marketing?

I would say - To build an email list.

This should always be at the heart of anything you do online.

You hear people say - The money is in the list.

Well I would say the money is in the follow up of your list.

But to build a List you need an online office where people can come to sign up on your list.

You need to become Visible to your target audience online.

And the best way to do that is to have a website or a blog.

If I was starting all over again

The first thing I would do was to create a website with Wealthy Affiliate and have the main focus on building a list and write content.

I would install a contactform and create a leadmagnet to my lists.

And I would connect an autoresponder to my website.

I waited more than a year before I started focusing on my list.

I was more focused on my content from the start.

It is nothing wrong in focusing on writing content.

Content attracts traffic to your website.

I am sure if I had focused more on building a list in addition to writing content

I would have earned much more and made my journey a bit easier.

My message is - Do not overcomplicate things.

Make it easy for yourself if you are new online and take one step at a time.

Another Tip I lhave Learned that could be great for new Affiliate marketers to know from the start is to know the different types of lists to build.

You need 3 different types of lists:

1. A warm list - People you have a relation to or who opted in to your email list

2. A cold list - People you have no relation to - Paid ads audience

3. A buyer list - People who buys from you

You do not mix these lists.

So when you write emails and content on your website - always have this in mind.
