I worked for government for thirty years, first as an accountant, senior accountant, senior fiscal analyst, and manager. I earned my bachelor's degree and Master's degree from the University of Phoenix. I am now retired but I found that my retirement is not enough for me to live on so I began applying for jobs. All I ever seem to get are letters in the mail saying others who applied were more qualified than I am. So now I am trying to supplement my retirement through WA.
I have five grown children and two granddaughters, and I am happily married. My wife has been my anchor for many years. we live in Bellingham Washington, which is about 30 minutes south of Canada. We love it here. its a beautiful part of the United States.
I love going out in the bay to fish and crab. I love hiking and camping. I have hiked many parts of the Pacific Crest Trail and plan to continue that. I exercise regularly and eat healthy. I promised my wife when we first married that if I am alive when I am 95 we would walk the beach here and hold hands. I have every intention of keeping that promise. And she's holding me to it. I have a great sense of humor. If you get to know me your find out.
