so I'm getting my web site set up and still got a ways to go but I have a few questions. first how important is it to have Facebook, twitter etc. links on your page, and I thin

Actually the social media is not a requirement or deal breaker in the beginning, but if you want to, you could create the accounts for some of the social media, just like Kyle suggests in the training. You can use a plugin to add the social sharing buttons and add the social media page buttons to your site and that is it.

I have some bigger following on Twitter and noone on Facebook. My GooglePlus I use for publishing my content. I do not concentrate on building my following there yet. It would be important at the stage where you are actually having traffic and already are earning something. It's all about brand building.

In the early stages, you want to focus on writing content for your blog. It is the foundation that draws people to your site. People search keywords through Google and then your site pops up. SEO keeps people coming to your site even when you are not working on your site.

If you look at an overview of the training, one of the courses is about social media. It will help your site to learn about it and use it, but content is really why people come to your site. Because you are in the early stages, focus us on producing high quality content. Creating and monetizing a site based on SEO is a long term game that will take time. I hope this answers your question.

It's not a deal breaker per se. It's more important that you focus on writing your content so Google will find and rank you.

yeah im slowly following the training computer down at home so getting in about an hour a day at work that question just popped up while i was moving along

Ok cool. Definitely focus on your content. That drives everything in this business. Your website is a car and the new weekly content is the gas to make it go. Without it, it doesn't work. Everything else is just added features.
