My love affair with Vintage Fashion
My love affair with Vintage Fashion started about 30 years ago when I opened my first boutique in trendy South Yarra. My vision was to re create some affordable vintage attire for ladies of young and older age groups reproducing styles from the 60's to 70's fashion era, including formal wear. Some styles were modeled on Parisian or Italian trends, from movies, or local Australian fashions. I had plans to expand the designs with the coming seasons, but sadly it didn't eventuate, even though I had a lot of fun trying out this vocation. Soon afterwards we started a family.
Since joining Wealthy Affiliate, I have not only learned so much regarding website building and am pleased how far I have gone, but also the history behind Vintage Fashions and the difference between the era's such as Victorian and Edwardian. I found it interesting how fashion was influenced by Politics, Women's Movement, and the different War's that people lived through.
I am particularly proud of the way I have artistically formatted the images and spent quite some time researching the right images for my content pages. I like to have that "Wow Factor" when it comes to a website page, and that the reader finds it interesting and inviting at the same time.
My plans or goals for the next 3 months are to first get Married (next month) and secondly concentrate on producing more content and market my website to anyone interested as well as promote other sites to do with the Vintage Fashion Industry providing links where necessary so my page has optimum exposure and ranks well in Google, Bing or Yahoo.
For the following months and up to 6 months looking beyong Christmas/New Year, I will definitely be starting another website with my chosen Niche, most likely fashion but with a different concept and putting in practice all which I have learned in the first website as well as watching classes to learn new techniques. Hopefully at this point I will be starting to earn some income and recoup some of the membership costs along the way.

Sounds like a fantastic plan Helen!
May I wish you all the very best for your big day and much success moving forward with your online business endeavours my friend! :-)
Very nice, Helen! Congrats on getting married soon and you definitely have a good roadmap for where you wish to go with your niche and business! Vintage fashion is awesome and was so tastefully done!

Thanks Jeff, that is very encouraging for you to say that. I need more people like you that are positive. Unfortunately so much negativity I experience with people I know...
I'm sure you can find others within your niche online, Helen. I can't remember, but a few years ago, I read of many that refurbished and sell these items. You could look into "People also ask" sections on Google when you type in Vintage Fashion or whatever key words you would use.

Just wondering if I need to write about one of the 5 keywords I have saved on this post or would they be keywords which I saved previously?
One keyword a post, then the following post a new keyword.
Your found target keywords go in the title of your post and again in the first or second paragraph, then write freely. Some include them towards a conclusion if it conveys a message. I'd also make sure they are grammatically correct.
