Meraki and my Mojo!

The tiresome days and months thinking about my new path toward creating a more purposeful life for 2023 and beyond has not been easy. What does it truly mean to find your MOJO and have MERAKI?

MERAKI is my word of the month! It means "to do something with soul, creativity, or love; to leave a piece and essence of yourself in your work". Isn't that what many of us strive for? This would essentially lend to your "PURPOSE" or "PURPOSEFUL" living.

Are you like me and always the eternal researcher, and when you think you have found the solution to compliment achieving your goals, the endless GOOGLE and false marketing ads drive you to another question needing answered? So I research more and more until MINDFOG sets in. Yes, it is a real thing.

I was FRUSTRATED and EXHAUSTED. Simply CONFUSED.

Can you relate?

How about the everchanging social media platforms and the endless smoke and mirrors of empty promises from people trying to make a quick buck without any work? No offense, but do all the 23 year old geniuses out there REALLY know what it takes to make millions or be successful?

I guess that's what it boils down to - what does SUCCESS mean to you?

On social media, it's filled with the "Kardashian" mentality. I'm not BUYING it- emotionally, literally and/or financially. So you are a wealthy entrepreneur at 23 with millions in your bank account, yet you have 50 followers on social media, no literal REAL proof of your achievements, and want to teach me, a 52 year old business executive, how to do what you do, for $9 per month membership?

Now maybe some of the younger guns have the "special sauce". Maybe they don't and are FOOLING YOU! I think the latter is predominant.

Nothing worth having comes easy...at least not for me! I am eager for knowledge and willing to put in the work. Are you READY to get off the social media algorithm endless reel of empty promises based on your quest for knowledge to put you on the right path?

I have discovered that when you have made a wrong decision, this can be detrimental to your motivation...your MOJO...until you read about someone else who has made that same wrong decision, and what they discovered afterward. I ALMOST bought a site on Flippa.com. Well, that was until I researched and found a guy who LOST MONEY on Flippa.com, shared his experience (and he totally felt like an idiot (yes, he used that word), and led me to his next video putting me on the path to HERE!

Advice - Don't use Flippa!

I'm smarter than this! I am not an IDIOT! My Flippa story is for another time. FOCUS- NOW - LEARN FROM MISTAKES (or my ALMOST mistake).

My ultimate quest for the answer to the golden question:

Is there a one stop shop solution that will help me answer all my questions and put me on a path for success?

Before you know it, you've signed up for 5-10 monthly memberships that do ABSOLUTELY ZERO for attaining your goals!

I took action and started my learning immediately. I'm a newbie, but I have discovered in 24 hours of signing up with Wealthy Affiliates just how unbelievably supportive this platform of members are, and instead of gloom, dread and frustration about my future, I am excited for the journey and the endless possibilities.
