WA support said the following when I asked questions regarding a Shopify store:

“You can point the domain to another host (ex. Shopify) by adding their CNAME record. We do not allow to set up a custom A record...”

“Please note that you can create a subdomain here at WA and point the CNAME records to Shopify.”

I would like to know how to do this myself. I was told to contact support, and I did three times.

I am just going, to be honest, they were not able to do it. So, I would like to know a solution to this problem myself. I hope you don't mind me following this question. Plus I hope this issue can be resolved.
