It's true! Making your first sale really is exciting.
I've been reading on WA for months how exciting it is to make your first sale. I kept telling myself "I'm still building my site, when it's done sales will come." I have to admit, I was beginning to doubt whether it was actually true.
I was thrilled to see on one of my mercahnt sites the other day, that I had made a sale!! All of the WA stories about the first sale being such an exciting event is so true!
I have spent the last few months buckled down adding content like crazy. I have 26 pages posted and indexed.on google. I have been watching my Google analytics report and saw that I was getting really good traffic, over 100 new visitors in December.
I am more encouraged than ever that once my site is fully built, it can be and will be successful. I am thankful for the many posts sharing success stories. Often times, that was what kept me going!

Congrats! You will always remember your first sale - how much they spent, what they bought, what commission you earned. Mine was over 20 years ago, and yet it seems like it was yesterday and always makes me smile. Enjoy this special moment!
Thanks Jeannine. You are right, I'm sure I will always remember that sale. It was only $39.95 but it seemed like a million$ to me!
Congratulations, Harley, we are really happy for you. So good to have a further affirmation that the system works.

Thanks! How are things is beautiful Ecuador? We're heading back to Panama next month for 2.5 weeks. Our next trip after that will be our first to Ecuador. We're excited to come down and explore!
All is good here. It is Winter so that means we recently had our first rain in over six months. That, by the way, is peculiar to where we live here in Manta on the Pacific coast, most of the rest of the country enjoys rain all year around.
Have you begun to make any detailed plans for your trip to Ecuador or have you just decided this is a place you want to visit?
