Hey Wealthy Affiliate friends,
I have a surgery coming up on the 15th this month. It's been a challenge for me for 4 years now dealing with this ailment, but I'm going to have this taken cared of this month. It's an outpatient surgery and the recovery is between a few days to 2 weeks. A side effect is nausea so I'll be resting a bit, but I will be feeling much better after this is all done. It's a female issue . The doctors had to test to make sure there were no pre-cancerous cells and there isn't so more good news.
It's been a challenge trying to run, work out when feeling fatigue, nausea, lightheaded and so on, but Yay I'll be better real soon. I've been trying to set an example to others regarding fitness and weight loss . I'm back to my size that I was in high school, a size 7/8 well I have been for a while now from working out, running and eating healthy. I also got a good report from the doctor recently that my blood sugar levels are normal so I'm no longer a pre-diabetic... YAY ! I want to be able to continue to be an example to others and will be that even despite some struggles that we still are fighters. Keep up the good work everyone !
