Going Insane!
So, good morning everyone! I'm am undergoing patch testing for metal allergies. Let me explain what that is...
To patch test metals, the standard test is 40 different metals that go on sticky sheets that stick to your back for 48 hours. Buuuuut because I'm a severe case of allergy.. I have 80 metals. It hasnt even been 24 hours yet and I am about to go insane. I'm sticky. I'm itchy. And by back is on fire.
Now, that being said, I am sooooooo thankful for this website, taking my mind off of it, or trying to. "Short term goal, do it now. GO GO GO!"- That is going through my head. Yeah, I have chores to do, but I have 8 Sticky thingys on my back... I feel like I'm in cling wrap or something. It makes it hard to move easily.
Oh! The best part? I can't shower... or bathe. However my mom said it looks like I have 80 watch batteries on my back. She works jewlery so she said she can change them for me :)

Um, all I can say is yuck! I feel like that every time they want to do an EKG or other wired up test on me. So uncomfortable. Keep focused here, it will take your mind ff it. ;)
Aw, sorry about the itchy :( But I am glad you are finding a way to distract yourself! I don't have any allergies thankfully, the test sounds unpleasant.
