If you saved your blog then it will be listed under either Posts or Pages which you will find on the left side of your Wordpress Dashboard.
Tags is another word for Keywords.
There are many lessons and trainings on Blogging and all you have to do is type the word - blogging - into your question box at the top of your screen and you will get choices.

If you go to your wordpress editor. You will see on the left hand menu. Posts. Click this and you will see the posts that you have added. If it is published it will be there. If it hasn’t been published it will display draft against it.
I wouldn’t worry too much about tags at this stage. Google likes to look at all of your content especially your blog post.
