I would also like to give start and stop controls to the site visitor.

You can also upload to platforms like SoundCloud and then embed and share in your blog.

I'm still pretty new to all the technology. If she needs to go through Site Manager, then do I have to give her my login password for WA to get to Site Manager?

No you have to collect their credentials via Site Manager and give it to them. Be careful who you let into your WA account.

Thanks so much for your reply. Tech Support gave me the WordPress link, but that is proving difficult for the other person to figure out (making a post with images). That is why it would be good if she could go through WA, where I can explain the function of Site Content, to make a Post with an Image. The site in question is for an association, and the person is another trustworthy person working for the cause (animal protection). Much appreciate your help. For the moment, she will not have access to any other of my sites.

And explain your circumstances.

When I got my computer back from repairs, I checked Paypal and found that the charges on the transfer that didn't go through were refunded... It would seem this was done automatically-- very convenient and very efficient... So there was nothing to worry about... As I'm new here, I didn't know... Thanks, Abie, for your patience!

Hi

you may transfer or point to WA servers (if transferring domain has to end in .com, .net or .org.

To update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.

ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com

These settings will be updated within your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) after the transfer has taken place. To transfer your domain here you need login current registrar and fetch the EPP code, there's a one year charge of $15, privacy included. One year more will get added to your domain.

Also it has to have passed the grace period of 60 days.

Thanks so much for your help! I faded out for a few days due to new problems with my new computer. But at long last the computer is not acting up, the internet connection difficulties have been resolved (I'm in rural Portugal) and the necessary is done for the transfer with my domain at last here on WA. I'm looking forward to finally getting the ball rolling!
