Site Support for SSL!
While I am very excited to have SSL, it seems to be interfering with the functionality of my amazon store. The only way for my store to function properly is to turn off SSL.
I have contacted Site Support twice about the problem. They are usually very good at getting back to me in a timely manner, but not this time.
Is anyone else having problems with site support? I'm just wondering if my site tickets are even getting through to them as I have never had this problem before.
Maybe Tech issues?

I am so pleased with Support! They have corrected my pages and a post that were not yet secure! Now all that remains is that two of the pages will not show the images I had in there. I went in to see what I could see in the Inspect Element ~ Console, but I would have no clue what to do. Does anyone looking in here know what this means and what can be done about it?
I may not need the security at the moment, however, I want my site to get crawling toward a secure level beginning now, so that when I do need it I will not have to start over.
Thanks for all who shared what is going on with Support, etc.
I mentioned previously that the bugs should be shake out by 31 March at 90 days into this. Just requires patience!
I think the problem is with amazon. It seems as though some of the code is written in http and not https. So I have been working with amazon but they don't seem very smart over there. I just keep getting the runaround!
It is unfortunate that there are SSL problems on WA sites. I do not need the extra security, so I am not using it ....

Yes they are busy with the SSL implementation, I too have problems which they are trying to fix, that's been about 24 hours now, system says the security certificate issued for my site is not valid so not a good look.
I have had responses back so I am confident that the tickets are getting through.
Thank you, after posting this they got back to me immediately but still can't fix the issue.

Have you followed Alan's training on the switch to SSL ? The Switch to SSL Some Things to Remember
Yes I have, it's a great training however it doesn't address my issues. Thanks for your help though, I appreciate it!
