What Are The Best Times To Post On Instagram?
Hey folks! To go along with my series on building a following on Instagram, I thought I'd give you a short blog on times for posting.
Instagram is geared toward mobile use, so it's used about anytime. It does seem to get more engagement with the content after work hours, however.
Research shows, that the best times to post on Instagram is Monday through Thursday at anytime except from 3:00 to 4:00pm. The research done by TrackMaven shows that videos do better after 9:00pm and before 8:00am. As always, it may differ with your audience so experiment with it a bit and keep track. Hope this helps in your constant search of increased traffic to your website!

This is really helpful. I have not even got instagram yet, but as soon as I do I will make sure I avoid the mid afternoon and post late evening or early morning.
Good advice grant. This might tract with mobile use in general.
