About GrantSudduth
Joined January 2015
I am a 64 year old musician that pretty much started my life over again a couple of years ago. It began by getting married in January 2015. We've purchased an 860 sq ft home and in the middle of totally rehabbing it, (which is what I do for a living along with playing some music). I plan to slowly retire from the physical rehab work and convert over to a full living from the internet. I think with Kyle and Carson's help and the help of this awesome community I should succeed! I look forward to meeting everyone here at some point and in person in Vegas one day.
Oh, as a side note, it shows I've been a member since January 2015 but don't go by that as far as my progress. Because of health and personal issues, I was unable to truly start gearing toward this journey until December 2015.

Grant,

Great website. You have some really good content over there - well done. I especially like your use of guest posts, something I'd like to start doing myself soon - as soon as I learn how I suppose.

One thing I noticed. In one of your most recent posts "Make Extra Money Online" you linked directly to your WA affiliate link. That's great and completely your choice, but why not internally link them to your review first? I think it would help with authority and rankings. Just a thought.

Keep up the good work.

Regards
Gary

Thank you for bringing that to my attention, Gary. In most posts I do that! But, this had originally been a page in my heading menu when I first started at WA and hadn't learned about doing that and hadn't even created a review yet. Just recently, I decided to move it to post status and took it off my menu lineup and forgot I didn't have it linked to my review. I'll fix that. Thanks for your time, Gary!

Thanks for pointing that out, Gary. I always put a link at the end of my blogs to my WA review and have no idea how I missed doing it there. I've added a link to the review.

Thanks Grant,
I found your comment in the comment section of my dashboard. Again, I appreciate that. However, how come I don't see your comment in the comment section of my blog? I also notice on Facebook when I post my blog there, it say "In order to post comments, please make sure JavaScript and cookies are enabled." What/how do I do with that?

Ok. The notice on FB should be gone when you disabled the spam protect. In order to see my comment on your blog, you have to approve my comment in your dashboard. There you can also reply. Hope this helps. Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. I crashed early last night and got up late. 8-i

Grant, nice to hear from you. I look forward to getting to know you my new WA friend.

Glad to see your issues have cleared up enough for you to get stuck in here now.

I am towards the end of building a strawbale house so do understand your desire to get out of it!

Keep working hard, have some fun and don’t forget to ask questions.

A very nice boss once told me, ‘Helen, when you ask a silly question everyone else breathes a collective sigh of relief because they don’t have to!’ And that is so true. No question is silly so ask away.

If I can’t help I might be able to point you in the right direction.

Now let us keep in touch.

Hi, Grant and thanks for following me. So you have been here for a while now and started seriously with your online business in December 2015. How do you feel things are going now?
I visited your website and left a comment on how many times we should publish something on Facebook.

Can I ask what you are publishing on Facebook?
I publish articles three times a week but what else should I publish? I have a website promoting coconut oil other and coconut related products.

Hello, Tove! I am very pleased with my progress since I have begun for the amount of free time I have. I rehab houses for the bank, and my wife and I bought and totally gutted it, then our other house sold, so we've been living in it while renovating, so, my time toward my internet business has been limited. However, the ultimate goal is to ease out of my rehab business into internet business full time. I ramble..... I apologize.
On FB, I publish my blogs.....well, a link to my blogs. Which at the time, I'm promoting WA. I have a second website in the works on raising chickens, believe it or not, and will be promoting that at first of the year.
I also promote Amazon links on FB and will mention the different websites off and on of the ones I've reviewed favorably which I'm affiliate for, also.
I've experiemented with how many times, and right now, generally doing it daily, but not the same thing of course. I have also found out through research that people click on links only on FB more than they do when an image is shown, which I was surprised by. And this was confirmed with my Amazon promotes.
All in all, still happy with progress, and have referrals starting to come in. Bottom line is I love it here and you'll never find a better place to learn and for support! Hope this helps. Thanks for the comment, also.

Hi Grant, would like to invite you to join a movement to help each other improve Google rankings. Google rely on "engagement metrics" results (which can be found in google analytics) to determine our rankings in Google search results. Please read further below:

Google is putting more emphasis in User Experience. Because Google can't read human's mind, Google rely on engagement metrics, which can be found in Google Analytics to judge user experience. For examples :
1. Sessions with search : total number of visitors who searched for your website in Googl search
2. Results Pageview / Search : total number of pages visited after clicking into your website from search results
3. Click Through Rate (CTR) : the percentage of users clicking into your website from search results
4. Pageview : total number of pageviews
5. Unique pageviews : total number of pageviews by new users
6. Avg. time on page : average time spent reading a page
7. Pages/session : average number of pages users navigated when visiting your site
8. Avg. session duration : average time spent navigating your website
9. Bounce rate : the percentage of users leaving your website without navigating to a second page

Better engagement metrics results indicate good user experience to Google, which will improve our rankings.

I have started a ranking tool in my site to do exactly that, inviting people within WA community and people from other communities, so that we can get more people to contribute in this movement.

REMEMBER THIS : ALL EFFORT IS WORTHLESS IF NOBODY IS VISITING YOUR WEBSITE.

Using this tool in a consistent manner will effectively improve your Google ranking.

Please visit http://www.kickstartdream.com, and click on Ranking Tool.

Ok. I signed up on your page, but it won't let me go to ranking tool. Says I have to be a member and to sign up. I logged out and back in and still the same.

Does my home page has to be like this http://onlineincomeforall.com
Or is it possible to make it as "getting started online" a home page?

I have another WordPress blog that I created earlier this year, here www.bottingchief.wordpress.com . How do I create my custom domain on it and integrate it into siterubix.com ?

Hey Emmanuelle. The home page is different in different themes that you select. You may look in your SiteRubix Manager under settings - Reading. See if you have a setting for a static page under front page displays. If so, check that then you'll have a drop down letting you choose what page you want to always show. Let me get back with you on the moving your website to siterubix.com If you have built up rankings on Google at the other website, I would suggest not moving it.
