I Want to be an Affiliate Marketer!
Not! I didn't jump on Google and write "I want to be an Affiliate Marketer". Sure, at the back of my mind I want to open an online business, but what was this affiliate marketing stuff?
It was not long after searching about an MLM scam that I landed at WA through John's Blog.
It's almost 4 months now since I joined WA and feel I have learned as much in these past months here compared to the years it would have taken me trolling through the world wide web on my own.
I didn' even know that affiliate marketing is what I was looking for all along. That when I thought of earning money online, it would be through affiliate marketing.
Granted I have not made any real income as yet, but as I proceed through the training, and learn a little bit more every day, I realize the potential and that the guidance from Kyle and Carson are trustworthy. Now about half way in writing my blogs I am seeing some of my keywords ranking at position 1 in google and some surprises in Bing as well. I am confident that as I continue towards the 50 or 60 mark, more of my posts will rise to the top.
They said from the beginning this is not a get rich quick process. That it generally takes a good 50-60 blogs, that you need to follow the affiliate marketing training videos and ensure you embrace the social media.
A key point in their training is to maintain focus.
Focusing on the task at hand is an ongoing challenge for me as I do get easily distracted by things on the internet. I still haven't found a true rhythm yet as there are other things happening with my life that cannot be ignored.
I continue to fine tune my process with a goal of having the required number of posts on my site with at least half being ranking on the first pages of Google and Bing!
Just felt like sharing my thoughts.

Thanks for this article. That is my goal too, yes sometimes there are things happening in our lives that we can't ignore, but as long as I am going forward it is ok. :))
