My wordpress plugin
Introduction
I used WordPress as my web site builder tools. It is the most popular tools for online marketer because it is the most easy to use tools for non-technical person, no programming knowledge require, however, if you know programming, you can create much better feature or effect yourself. I normally install the following plugin which I think they are the most useful plugin you can consider to use.

MOJO Marketplace - This plugin adds shortcodes, widgets, and themes to your WordPress site. Most are paid plugin.
Google XML Sitemaps - This plugin will generate a special XML sitemap which will help search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing and Ask.com to better index your blog.
WP Super Cache - Very fast caching plugin for WordPress.
iThemes Security - Protect your WordPress site by hiding vital areas of your site, protecting access to important files, preventing brute-force login attempts, detecting attack attempts and more.
Backup - Fully functional FREE WordPress backup plugin which helps you to create manually/automatically customized backups of your WordPress based web site.

It will change the font family of TinyMCE editor to Arial and also change the font size to 15px. Its Important you to understand that its not effects your website design. That is a lot of plugins. Does this affect your site's speed and performance. There has been a lot of chatter on here recently that the jetpack plugin slows down your website and you don't need all of it's capabilities.
Yeah, I said that as well, Jetpack does slow down your site. But sometimes if you have good plugins that are coded properly and fully functional, then it won't really have a negative impact on your site speed. I think that it becomes an issue when you have too many unnecessary plugins :) Hope this helps :D
Thank for your advice. Actually, Jetpack & MarketPlace plugin was default come up during my wordpress installation, and they contained a lot of useful plugin features for our future usage which was a good reference to select plugin. However, I did not install addition features via Jetpack. I think I will deactivate them and check if my website performance increases. Thanks.
Awesome this is a really detailed list, I love that you took the time to share this with us. I personally use W3 Total Cache, but I am going to try Super Cache now. Also, I heard that Jetpack was a pretty bad plugin to have because it really slows down your site. I think it would be awesome if you provided a tutorail on W3 Super Cache and a training video on how to get started with it. Thanks, your blogs are always so helpful and interesting to read :D

Exclude Pages Plugin - Do you know why it is necessary?
You will write many pages that you do not want to be automatically added to menus. These could include pages that should only show up when you link to them or pages that are only available to subscribed members.
But what if I know how to hide them... manually. Okie. Perphaps not necessary to use it
I always think that doing things manually is best if possible because you then have a fuller understanding of how things work.
You have to remember that many of these here at WA may prefer to do things in an automated way so they can concentrate on things that are more important to them.
If the plugin is not useful to your site bin it.
