My Journey at WA: 90 days
Hi everyone,
When I decided to join Wealthy Affiliate three months ago, I was in a transition period in my career. I was searching for a new job, and it was stressful to say the least. Within a month and a half, I found two great opportunities and accepted an offer.
With the job search behind me, I started to explore other avenues to make monies online. Affiliate marketing rose to the top because of the ability to earn passive income.
Anyway, I researched several niches and decided to focus on Social Media Management. My background in digital marketing led me to this choice. Small, medium, and large businesses need to incorporate social media management into their business in order to grow.
Knowing that, I have created my blog/site with several posts providing guidance to current business owners and future ones. I still have a lot to learn about my niche, social media management, and this platform.
My goal is to start earning some monies, $20 dollars a day or more, after eight months. Of course, I would like to rank on the 1st or second page of Google within 9 months.

First, congratulations on getting the career situation back on track.
I think there is a lot of opportunity in social media management. There are a lot of SCAM companies pretending they can help promote on social media. I encountered so many of them back when I was self publishing. They used to target self publishers a lot, and they would also have a lot of gigs on Fiverr and such.
Watching so many get fleeced (I only wasted about 100.00 before I realized) by them I can say if you can train others how to navigate social media effectively you will quickly do well. Although as quick as some of these platforms change their algorithms and rules I imagine it can be quite challenging at times.
I love that your goal is realistic. It's a good first goal.
Thanks for the update, and look forward to reading your future updates.
Regards,
Jason
01Jason - Indeed, there is plenty of opportunity in SMM. However, some companies or people take advantage of individuals who are starting out. They know they are naive, lack resources, and eager to make money. Unfortunately, you were a victim of those grifters.
That said, reputable SMM apps are accessible to businesses of all sizes. My focus will be to highlight the apps, features, price and much more. No question, social media is ever changing but some tactics remain the same.
I appreciate the comment.
