#1 Mistake People Make On Their Ads*

Hello my WA Friends And Family.

In this post, I am looking at the commonest mistake people make when running Facebook advertisements, which I just discovered in a friend's campaign.

I saw in his Facebook advertisements that he aims to sell directly through the ad.

Although nobody has it all figured out, we need to keep things simple.

What Exactly Do I Mean?

Many marketers usually include the pricing of the goods or services as well as instructions on how to order in the advertisement. This may appear to be a nice idea, but believe me when I say it is not, (courtesy of my WA Bootcamp training).

This is why:

Every advertisement's job is to sell clicks, not products.

This means the goal of your ad is to entice the individual who sees it to click on it.

You try to sell to them after they have hit the ad button.

This can be done through a sales website (page) or even by sending them a WhatsApp or Messenger message.

However, trying to sell to them through an advertisement is a lousy idea because they don't have all of the information they need to make an informed buying decision.

Please Stop It.

You will end up scaring away people with the price.

But when you get them to click your ad, this then takes them to your product, where you can show them all the reasons why they should buy the product or service.

Easy Road.

This makes it easier for your visitors to become buying customers.

So don't include the product's price in your ad, try to sell them directly. Including a lot of links in your ad is even a bad idea.

Remember, the purpose of the advertisement is to sell clicks, not products.

Your sales page or sales procedure must persuade customers to purchase the product and that's how you become successful online.

thanks all.

I would like to read your take and comments on this topic.

Godstrong,

Your post delivered the goods.

Also, I totally agree with what Deelilah said. We have to first build trust with our audience.

On the flip side, I never buy-in right away.
Only when I feel ready and comfortable with a merchant.
It might take me weeks or months to make a purchase.

If I like what I'm getting, I'll return again and again.

Rachele

By the way, great visuals

Thanks so much Rachele for agreeing with our views and thank you for your time.
