Yes, thanks mjpd! I stand corrected, apparently you can do it. Information on it is here: Changing domain name or doing 301 redirects
You can move your website to a new domain name, Kyle and his team can help you do that. Remember that your domain name is not really important - each page is ranked separately!
No, once you have your domain name, you're stuck with it. That's alright though. One thing to realize is that you may not rank for your domain name but you can allow that to be your brand instead.

Thanks a lot. What I decided to do is to go through our SEO training video. I learned some things and was reminded of the basics. I researched the number ranked keywords and put them in my SEO section of my SEO settings in the key word section. Then, I changed the title by making sure it had my key words in it. Then, I changed my description to make more sense. I'm sure it'll save me overall and you are right.

I want to know outside of SEO on Google how to effectively and consistently drive huge amounts of targeted traffic to my website. I've tried pinging my url, silly surfing sites
Traffic comes from search engines. The bulk of it. This is attained through either SEO (free) or through PPC (paid).
Outside of this, you can leverage things like social networks to drive traffic to your website, but it is sustainable traffic like search engine traffic is.
There is unlimited opportunity through SEO/PPC within any niche.
