That's a shame. If you have to take a break for awhile due to finances (and 95% of the folks on here can identify with that-including me!) that's fine. Just don't give up or give in too soon. Stay around and tinker in your spare time. There is always an open window, when one door closes. You just need to find that window :)

I'm sorry to hear you've lost your job. :( If you're talking about WordPress themes, this changed a few days ago: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/carson/blog/wealthy-affiliate-is-the-place-to-build-websites There were a lot of Starter Members who were getting "stuck", spending a lot of time on learning design or learning how to code, as opposed to learning to earn. Also, WordPress is *opensource* anyone is free to develop themes and plugins for it, and many are outdated, abandonware, badly coded and some are even deliberate malware. I appreciate that must feel restrictive to more experienced users, but it's probably going to benefit the majority of Starter Members who will be more focused on earning, rather than getting distracted by non-essentials in the early days of their training and which can be changed later. :) Rich.

I wonder what site templates are you talking about? You barely started. I think you have to give yourself an opportunity to explore the benefits you can get from Wealthy Affiliate. Even as a starter member you can still build your own website and become successful. Please feel free to ask questions. The WA community is here to support you!
