What would be best location for a medical disclaimer page on website?
Would it be appropriate to present under "privacy page" as a sub-page or does it need to stand out as i

I have it as a footer on my site so that it shows up on all pages and posts.

The way I do it at the moment is have I have a "Legal" link at the bottom right of all my webpages. That Page in turn has links to a number of disclaimers as well as the privacy policy. My websites do not offer professional medical advice in the first place so I think I am ok.

However if you website is offering professional medical advice, you may need to somehow highlight that more. Maybe look at a few other websites in the medical niche and see what they do.

Now I am not a lawyer and am not offering you legal advice.

I have to be honest and I would put it as a recurring banner that attaches to every blog you write... I would think it would need to be fully prominent to absolve you of any blame. ... I write for a gynaecologist and fetal medicine specialist and do not specifically offer advice only so far as best practices... its up to them whether they then follow what is best practice.
