This is always what comes out in my mouth!

THIS IS A MIRACLE!

I was just 19 years old when I started smoking cigarettes. I became addicted to nicotine. I tried to stop but unfortunately I was quitting and then going back again and again for 31 years. I still couldn’t believe it.

THIS IS A MIRACLE!

When I stopped for good last June 24, 2020! It wasn't easy, especially that I was consuming 120 sticks a day (6 packs a day). I am very blessed that I didn’t have any problem with my lungs. What helped me? Mind setting…

I became more sensitive and conscious in 2017 when I was diagnosed with high blood sugar. I was rattled, scared and yet I was still smoking then. No one tells me in my family or circle of friends to stop because I will not listen anyway. If there’s someone in the WA Community that is struggling to quit, I can assist you but make no promises because the only one who can remove your addiction is YOU!

If you’re determined and decided, there's a big chance that you can stop it.

Wow interesting. I had an exploded appendix and had to be cut from my belly button to my right hip. 141 staples I was told that if I would of waited any longer I would of when into body shock. I had gang green set in was in surgery for 8 hrs lost about 1ft of my large intestine. I had chained smoked most of my life. 1 carton every 3 days.
When I went for surgery the nurse told me that this cigarette will be my last or at least for the next couple of days.
What he didn't tell me was I'll not get out of the hospital for 3 months. After I came to I was in so much pain I could barely stand it so I got demeral drip and they would come in and ask what my pain level was that day eventually it did subside. I no longer smoke my last cigarette was April 20th 2017. My surgery was on April 25 2017 my birthday. I had to figure out how to walk again in 2 -1/2months I could walk, I had a gut bag and staples above my belly button and about 6 inches to my right another 4 staples. So I haven't smoked since that day. Thank you.

Wow 🤩 That’s a very affirming story! Thanks for sharing 😊

Gina, my hubby smoked two packs of Old Gold a day and he couldn't quit until he broke his right hip he was forced to go with the nicotine patch two years later stage pancreatic cancer with diabetes now he's dead. It's been 6 years without him. I am glad you quit its worth it, thanks for sharing your journey. I hope you can help others.

Yes noted. Thank you very much :-)

i have been smoking for a long time as well, i have been trying to quit smoking for months now, patches help but when i ran out of patches i was back to smoking but alot more than i was before and more irritable. it's a vicious cycle i smoke more when im bored i rarely crave it.

I feel you! When I was still addicted to nicotine… all the cravings to smoke. Whew! I couldn’t imagine if I am still on it now. This is me and my own opinion. Thanks.
