One Year with WA - and a Job Offer!

Hello, nice WA community!

Today I got my One-Year-badge from WA - thank you, Kyle and Carson!

So I decided to share my -short- news with you!

Thanks to Facebook I got a job offer two weeks ago!!

The reason I am so excited about it (I never wanted to go back in an office - lol) is that I was not searching for a job as I am wanting to become a Digital Nomad, but especially the way the job has been offered to me:

The company's boss was interested in my promoted product on Facebook a few months ago (my blog about my first sale through Facebook) and very soon he became a customer of the company I promote.

In the meantime, he not only made some following orders, but he was very impressed with the way I am working (we had a face to face chat about the product and also about my WA learning experience with building websites and social media marketing).

So, without even knowing my detailed working experience (he never asked me to send him a resume) he offered me to work in his company as a secretary!
Starting date will be 3rd July.

It's a small company with about 15 employees building Electrical systems and I have to learn how to use a 3D Software to draw the Electrical circuits, and the other stunning thing is: he knows about my passion for the Blender 3D Software (he followed my Facebook Page posts about my learning progress) which I use to build my website headers and banners so he also trusts me that I will be able to handle this in a very short time...

This is a very important milestone for me as I can work now for someone who has trust in my skills and who appreciates my attitudes, which is so cool that I did not hesitate to accept the offer...

Building trust is everything, right? ;-)

I will be around for sure, as I love the WA community a lot! I learn every day and it helps me grow... it helps me grow also in another direction: thanks to WA I am discovering my true self and so many new skills, which is so important to me.

I know that I am still procrastinating too much regarding making PPC campaigns or Facebook ads (I might be too shy for the Internet - lol), but WA gives me the opportunity to learn at my own pace and to leave my comfort zone step by step... Having a regular income will give me now the security to do more in that direction, too...

So, this is really a great success post for me as it makes me very happy.
I will be surrounded by like-minded people and that's so important to me.

And another funny thing is: the office is only a few hundred of meters away from where I grew up when I was little... This is also an important and interesting thing for me as we moved away when I was six years old (we just moved in another quarter of the town) and since over 20 years now I am living in another town 25 km distant from that place... So, it's very exciting going back... lots of memories...
