Hey, thanks for responding but I don't think you understand my question. My biggest issue isn't website comments nor is it getting feedback!
It's getting feedback from people who have experience w/ a successful affiliate marketing site
The only way to do that is to befriend people here and ask them. There are numerous blogs from fellow members who have made it in affiliate marketing, look them up and ask. Jim
I hear you Jim, thanks for responding. Would you happen to know anyone who with experience who would respond?

I'm an artist professionally, so It was a no brainer for me to choose art supply reviews as my blog niche. I was wondering if I should get more specific with my niche.
Hi Gaius
The general rule: the narrower the better ...
But it depends on your approach too ...
Here are a few tips that could help you to test your niche ideas How to choose the perfect niche
Personally what I would do is register the domain name that is quite broad. Then I would start with a more specific niche and over time as you grow, you can expand your blog to other niches.
Always, look further on how you will be expanding the current blog. If you select too specific name you are done, and you will have to create another blog in a similar niche.
Thanks for giving such an informative response, really appreciate you taking the time. I also like the big picture thinking!
