You have all examples in Kyle's training, every detail explained. Go through Certification Courses and Bootcamp.
im stuck i need examples
Think about something that you do or enjoy, or would enjoy doing everyday. Do some Googling and see if there are already a lot of websites about that topic. If not, or if you think you can create something better, jump in and get a website secured. Then it's just about creating content.
My example is my recent joining of parenthood. I created my website: http://thenaivefather.com after following the early training courses. I've been steadily adding content to the website and am starting to see traffic on both the website and my associated product reviews. The process works!
