I think it was either MTV or Friday Night Videos when I first heard of him Frank. I heard the story of how he not only soloed on "Beat it" but restructured other parts of it to make it better and really impressed MJ with his talent.

The greatest and my personal favorite. I grew up loving VH and pretty much everything that they played! I'll never forget song #1 on the first album....and that rockin guitar! VanHalen and Boston made me fall in love with Rock & Roll!
