Hi guys,
I want to move my website www.thehealthypoinyt.com form WA to another web hosting platform.

I tried to do this 4 times. Couldn't do my back up FTP file transfer protocol on FileZilla. It failed. It said because "insecure server"
What can I do now?
I heard from so many people that it is very difficult process to leave because of this error/blockage comes from WA.... We should legally leave easily from any host at any time they say...
So, what can I do now? If I'm lucky then I just do something in a wrong way. Do you know anything about this error? Like it says "insecure server?"

Thank you so much! I've been following you from awhile and there is a good reason why... :)
First thing in the morning I'll check it out and will continue until I successfully can move my site. I have to. Can't run my podcast for the second time for a week now. Feed won't work.. I didn't have much sleep all week. Tried to fix the blockage but couldn't . Now I need some sleep. Been working for 15-16 hours this week with 5-6 hours sleep.. I'm necked :)
But thanks again! If you don't mind I'll back to to you...well...probably for more guide :)

I did FTP back up, so it's good. But what do I have to do now? I don't have to do WP Clone as I did FTP -am I correct?
Then...
What is cPanel username and password? And where can I find it?
And what is " DNS (Domain Name Servers) as listed in your cPanel." And where can I find it? And what do I do with them?

I do the lot Timea:
Export > Tools
WP Clone
Database Backup
Duplicator
FTP
You may not need all these backups but if you hit a snag then you'll be able to proceed using another method. Otherwise you would need to change the DNS back to Wealthy Affiliate and have your website offline for the extra time it takes. And we all know that when your website is offline it's not earning you any money.
Let's switch to private messaging.
You do know this is the best place to host your site...right?!
AND it's FREE!
Whomever you want to go with, land on that website.
You will need to find where to change your Nameservers.
I'm not renewing my premium subscription this year. Can I host my website at WA for Free without being a Premium member??

I notice that all the pages I previously submitted have disappeare
Do you have a backup of your site? Did you do an export to saved all the files?
A redirect is okay, when you entered the name of the website, you might not have the www. in front of the name. But Google knows it is the same website, so it is redirecting it for you. It is not a problem.
It will index normally. Give it a few days time for the indexing.
Yes I exported the files of my site by Wordpress. Do you mean that that may be the reason why the urls have been disappeared? If yes, should I submit again all the pages? Thx
It is not the reason that the urls disappear. When you build your site you didn't typed the www. in the front of the url, but it doesn't matter it is all the same. Google knows that it is the same.
When you have something missing, if it is not a lot you can re-type them. Otherwise you can import the files again with import.
Actually I added to Webmaster Tool both the www.thehealthypoint.com and thehalthypoint.com. In the "fetch as Google" section of both the sites all ULR have disappeared. Thx
