Hi everyone,
I've been away from WA for a few days. A few weeks ago I found out we could list our homes for free on Zillow so I put my house on it "for sale by owner". I just finished getting Dons condo on it today. Also things kept on coming up here and there so this morning I hopped (like the Easter bunny, ha!) on my HP and checked my emails and low and behold (does anyone know what that really means?) I recieved an email from Kyle and Carson.
They wrote "your content has been indexed by Google." It was my Easy Dieting Tip #2 on my website. This is such a surprise. Its such a morale booster and motivator. Thank you Kyle and Carson for sending me that email. I immediatley wanted to start my next blog but I had to go grocery shopping-uuhhgg!! Thanks again Kyle and Carson and all my friends here at WA that continue to try to help me with all me issues. Health and happiness to all of you!!

Best wishes on selling your home. If you haven't already done so, be sure to locate a real estate attorney that can help you review any offers that you get. You don't want to get stuck paying for something that could have been avoided. Likewise, you don't want to lose a great buyer because you refuse to pay for something that most sellers pay for.
Although I have been in real estate for close to 20 years, I don't know anything about Florida laws or practices. Otherwise, I would have you PM me if you had any questions.
