Pep talk and action
Stress is on AND. Capite?
Capite is Italian for 'understood?'. Not another coffee brand... Some times used as capiche, slang.
Uh, uh, what is this again?
Having pep talk or doing pep talk is not enough. Action is needed as well.
Imagine a court with runners and no pep talk or a court without runners and only cheer ups... Both ways look weird and sound weird . Right?
So what is my point?
Both are equally important. We are in a running court with runners and those who cheer up. From time to time the runners or the cheer club.
Just make sure you do not get stuck in one of both.

And your preferred action? Mine is checking the latest plugin updates... and since there are almost daily new updates, it is a time-consuming job to have them all running... cheer up, cheer up!

I cheer with a nice hot steamy mug of herbal peppermint tea., that perk me up, when writing a content that ruffle my brain.

Well said Fleeky, in business it can be the little things that can trip us up.
Happy clappy is good for part of the journey, where it counts is taking action and part of that can be developing good maintenance schedules.
Along with the 50,000 other things we should be doing.
