You know it's pretty cool how these authors create their frameworks and everyone does as it is one of the secret sauces in creating your product. As I continue to ingest all of the audiobooks, books, webinars, etc, I'm slowly mending it into my own set of frameworks that work for me. In order for anyone to understand the framework though, you have to implement it and make it a part of your workflow. if you just look at it, it will be quickly forgotten.

Coaching is a huge responsibility and it shouldn't be taken lightly. The ability to delegate and automate are key factors towards website monetization.
I gained decent commissions from Shopify. However, I didn't complete the shipping properly. It was 🔥 not automated. The gym equipment was 🔥 not sent to the customer.
Guess what? I lost about $180 to save my website's reputation.
I have learned that you can't do everything. Sometimes you have to get help by paying $5

The hardest part is to balance time and budget and only invest in what really matters (too many shiny objects out there).
The change strategy can be the most challenging part and needs reflection, research and roi (return on investment)
