My Progress in Wealthy Affiliates

When I first started with Wealthy Affiliate Community, I had very limited knowledge about building a website, this I had tried on my own. There were many trials and failures, had purchased many domain names not knowing what to do with them, many times I purchased them and just left them hanging and eventually lost them.

I knew that having a domain name was needed in order to create a website, but what to do with it when I purchased it? There were no idea. Turning to the internet to find information on what to do I found a number of opportunities showing you what to do but then I would get stuck somewhere in the process and eventually get discouraged and put it down.

My interest in making money online

became like something that I can't really describe, I cannot say if it became a passion or an obsession for me, I lost a lot of money in the process over the years starting and stopping. I continued to believe that money is there to be made and I want to make some of it. This became the driving force behind me.

I found myself holding in my hands many affiliate products; not knowing how to connect them to a website, I tried oftentimes to promote them on social media and through free ad sites and bill boards, however, these were not profitable to me

After many years of trying, I eventually came across wealthy affiliate, I read up on it and thought; maybe this is the one that I need, after all, it seems to be much less complicated that the others that I had tried thus far.

It was just about a month ago now since I became a member of wealthy affiliate community and; first let me mention, What a wonderful community of people I found, I found a real family like community in wealthy affiliate that are all willing to help you to develop and reach your goals. This to me was the first thing that There were encountered that was lacking in all the other groups I had joined. It's as though they are all there just sitting around waiting to answer all your questions, and you know when someone is frustrated with your line of questioning right? there is none of that here in wealthy affiliate community. That was a major plus for me.

Do you know what is so amazing? In the span of one month, I have learned so much here in wealthy affiliate. I was very excited to discover how easy it was to create a website

When I created my first website, it was like a sigh of relief, then my journey started right from there as I began to learn such things as how to get domain name, how to create content pages and blogs.

Learning about keywords and how to find them and O, how to find ranking keywords and how to include them within my content was an exciting experience for me. Listen to me here, I really don't know where to start in telling of all the stuff that I had learned as a member of wealthy affiliate.

Can I tell you a secret? Man after I saw the wealth of information that is available to me in this community, and when I saw how profitable it can be, I immediately unsubscribed from all those other marketing groups that were taking money of my card for no reason; especially how I was not benefiting from them, all that was happening was that I was getting stuck somewhere in the process and left alone then I would get discouraged and give up.

I am at the stage now where I am waiting for google to rank my site, "Which to me seems to be taking a little time" I am however, learning how to take advantage of posting on social media which again I found to be simple and without cost associated with it. WOW, is that exciting news or what? You bet your bottom dollar it is.

Wow, how can I forget the important aspect of all this? Learning how to place photo images within your post/page and linking your product to them. Placing links into your post as well as your images are exciting but what makes you out to feel like a professional is when you would have done that and it works, man, that's an awesome feeling.

I must admit though, There were some challenges with placing google adsense and stuff to my site, however, thanks to the very supportive team of community family, I WILL master this process early enough. As for now, I am just so excited, all I am waiting on now is for there to be some traffic that converts as a result of my site information.

My goal over the next six months, which will bring me to the end of 2019, is to create at least ten professional websites and have them up and running making money from them. Yes, that's my 6 months goal while I work on my goals for 2020.
