Moving Away from Everything Familiar
MOVING: Well, I thought I would share with you all. I am moving! What an event to partake in during this difficult year. Upside - will have a lot of rooms to play in. Downsides - away from everyone I know, every place I know and packing. If you have never had to pack a 1,400 square house by yourself, you are blessed. I am at the point of seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! New adventures await me, to say the least.

Moving is never easy. We moved a lot throughout my 27 year career in the Canadian military. We were fortunate enough to not have to pack our household. The military provided a packing company to do that for us. Still it takes time to become accustomed to a new environment. To do this alone, during a pandemic is something I can't even imagine. My hats off to you for even attempting this. Best of luck in your new adventures.
Thank you Rick. Thank goodness I have had the time to do it all. I moved mom first, and got really good at packing in a flash. I am hoping for more relaxation type adventures to follow.
Moving isn't an easy task even with help, never mind having to do it alone.
