What type of computer/browser are you using? Are you getting this with all of your videos?
This video volume is definitely working, so this is always something to do with the video/audio set-up on your computer or in some cases a browser issue.
If you are not using Google Chrome, I suggest you do so.

i'm using google chrome but also have no audio but can watch video during live webinars..any tips? thanks
I suggest you go and get yourself some speakers, or put headphones on the headphone jack of your computer. Every computer has it. Or watch the videos on mobile, they work, I've tried
hi caisaki. my headphones are working fine with other live videos and i prefer to use pc because the images are small on mobile and pc broadband rates are cheaper. thanks for the tip though.
