Making your Website Mobile Friendly

Hi Everyone,

This post is mainly for the newbies as I'm sure the veterans know this already. I decided to take some time this weekend to read about WordPress plugins that make your site mobile friendly. I've noticed on Google analytics that my bounce rate is quite high from social media, I think this is, in part, to do with my site being more optimized for desktop.

I read an article on hubspot.com and they recommended a few. I really like WPtouch because it's designed to allow you to create the mobile version of your site within WordPress Admin. This is cool because you can actually see what it will look like on your phone.

It seems to be working very nicely with the other plugins too. Hopefully my bounce rate will improve now and people will spend more time on my site.

I'm considering Jetpack to make my site run faster. Does anyone have other suggestions?
