The website is not ranked but has been indexed which means that Google has recognized your website.
Once you create a website it is automatically live regardless if you have content or not.
When you are talking about ranking that is for your posts you will write about
Hope that helps

You had an existing domain and google was aware of that. Adding a theme will probably get you indexed faster. If the theme was there with the domain before transferring to W.A., then there should be no surprise there. The ranking will follow you. Let me know if I answer your question. All the best!

I accidentally transferred my domain to WA before changing the nameservers. I have hunted in past posts for advice but haven't found anything, what should I do now? How do I ch
Hi Kari,
You will just need to update the DNS settings and you will be able to use your domain with the hosting here.
The DNS is also known as the "nameservers" and these are what tell your domain to look for your website, which in this case is going to be the hosting here at WA.
Here are your DNS settings:
http://ns1.mywahosting.com
http://ns2.mywahosting.com
You can update this within your domain registrar (where you bought the domain). Upon doing so, you will be able to start building your website here within 24 hours, the time in takes for your new nameserver settings to propogate.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
How do I chamge nameservers after domain is transferred?

Perfect thank you! So I will not need my Bluehost hosting account? I just watched the training on building a site, it's clearing up a bit!
