The Almighty Google Works in Mysterious Ways
I just got an email from Kyle telling me that one of my posts got indexed on Google. However, there's something strange about that indexing. What got indexed was our "About Us" page.
That piece was just a self-disclosure thing. It was not "packaged" for SEO. So, I asked myself, why was it indexed? There were no keywords, no links, no nothing, just a straight-from-the-shoulder statement of who we are and why we're doing what we're doing.
Was it because it was honest? Was it because it has no extenders? No B.S.? I'd like to think that maybe yes, that was it.
Google really works in mysterious, and unexpected ways. Nobody really knows how its algorithmic mind works. But, for whatever reason it did what it did, we're happy.

I had my about me page indexed 3 weeks after I joined so it can happen it is just Google just accept it and take and run with it. It is a good thing because now Google will index your site next. So it is okay.
Not really, the minute you go live, theoretically Google can find your site - I've had sites indexed with no content on it whatsoever.
