Vegas Won't Let Me Go Home! Lol
You ever have an incredible week of meetings at the WA Super Affiliate Conference and then freezing weather back home makes it so your return flight gets canceled, delayed, and rescheduled 4 times and then 3 days later when your were supposed to be at home lying in your own bed and back in your routine YOU'RE STILL IN VEGAS?
(Yeah, me too.)
Not gonna lie.
There're worse places to be stuck.
:)
But as someone who travels very, very often, this is definitely a first.

Coming from the UK, I don't know Las Vegas, but it certainly doesn't sound like a bad place to be stuck! I hope you are able to get back home soon.
A couple of years ago my wife and I had an extended break in Greece, due to the flight being cancelled! I had an extra four days and my wife had an extra week! I did feel sorry for lots of families as they didn't actually have anywhere to go. We were fortunate as my wife comes from Greece, so we were able to go back to her place.

I was very thankful to have my same beautiful room throughout, but I'm definitely looking forward to sleeping in my own bed and seeing my dogs :)

Yes, there is something good about home and sleeping in your own bed. I understand regarding your dogs, they are great companions!
I have owned two German shepherds, I am looking forward to having another one soon. My wife has more of a small dog, he is about 25 pounds in weight, he is actually a great character! What type of dogs do you have Eric?

Kidding aside, since your time is your own, flight delays are not a big problem like they can be for others. Hope you are making the most of being stuck.

There was a time when I used to travel a great deal all over the world. I have not taken a flight since 2017 when my wife and I traveled to Greece for a Meditteranean Cruise.
Even with no Pandemic that was a pain because of canceled flights and rescheduled airlines. Fortunately, we gave ourselves a two-day grace period before sailing. We stayed with friends in Athens where we boarded the ship, and that helped a lot.
Our return flight was also changed. Instead of changing planes in Rome to an Alitalia flight, we were redirected to Paris and onto an Air France plane. The wait at the airport was a few hours.
However, there was a play me piano in the lounge and I had a lot of fun with that. When we boarded the plane, I was like a celebrity with a few of the passengers who were watching me lol.
I have no idea when I will fly again. Maybe to Vegas in the next year or two ha! Since I live in LA that is a relatively short drive away, so driving may be a better way to go if flights are still a problem. Actually, I enjoy flying.
